What to look for in your tree care provider

Unfortunately, tree care in the United States is very poorly regulated, making it difficult to know who to trust with your trees. There are no barriers of entry in the industry and no required certifications or standards for safety. Fortunately there are several organizations that can help property owners to trust the company they plan to hire. Potter Tree Care is a Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) member company, adheres to the best known practices put forth by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), and strictly follows the ANSI-Z133 standards for safety. The TCIA and the ISA are the industry leading organizations for providing education, setting standards, and maintaining credentials.

We support our local non-profits through donations. Cash donations, free or discounted tree work, and gift certificates as auction items are all ways we give back. We strive to donate 10% of our own profits each year.
